Spotted Arrays
Spotted microarrays are a cost effective alternative to those manufactured commercially. The following libraries are currently printed by the facility:
- microRNA 1500 probe Exiqon Oligo
- Zebrafish 16000 probe Compugen Oligo
- Coral (A.millepora) 17000 probe cDNA
Quality control procedures are carried out on every new print of microarray slides to guarantee the consistency of printing and hybridisation.

Custom Arrays
The centre is equipped with a Biorad Chipwriter Pro microarray robot that is capable of printing arrays containing up to 30000 features. Please contact the centre about arraying custom libraries (eg cDNA, BAC, MDM).
