Bioanalyzer

The Agilent Bioanalyzer enables RNA quality to be assessed prior to running microarrays or other assays. Sample profiles are analysed by the software to generate an RNA Integrity Score (RIN).

Up to 12 samples can be run on a single RNA Nanochip. Each sample submitted for analysis should be in 3 uL of DEPC treated water and be between 50 and 500 ng / uL concentration.
A PDF report will be provided for all samples run.
